Discovering Morocco: A traveller's tale

Get ready to see Morocco through my eyes, filled with personal stories and captivating photographs. I visited المغرب (El Maghrib) four times in 2025. There's nowhere quite like it, the Sahara desert, towering mountains, delicious food, rich culture and history, lively cities, miles of nothingness, amazing sandy beaches, rocky coastlines, and beautiful people. It's all here.

The urban tapestry: Cities of contrasts

Morocco's cities are a kaleidoscope of culture, history, and modernity. From the bustling souks of Marrakech to the coastal charm of Essaouira, and the modern capital of Rabat, each urban centre tells a distinct story, showcasing the incredible diversity within its walls.

Nature's grandeur: Landscapes that inspire

Beyond the vibrant cities, Morocco's landscapes are equally captivating. Explore the dramatic peaks of the Atlas Mountains, the endless golden sands of the Sahara Desert, and the rugged beauty of the Atlantic coast. This country invited me to discover its unspoilt charm.

The Western Kingdom

Morocco was definitely the star of 2025. I traveled there four times - February, March, May and July. From the first moments I spent in Marrakech, I knew that I was somewhere very special. The landscapes, the architecture, the food, the culture, and of course the people are unlike anywhere else. Morocco will always hold a place in my heart.
