Was it stolen? Was it lost? We'll probably never know. Anyway, INR800 later I have a new one. Once it's set up I shall be back.
The saddest part of it is that I've lost my photos of Maha Shivaratri, the festival celebrating Shiva's marriage to Parvati. The people pull this giant tower through the town. I'm not quite sure why but there's a big party and lots of people throwing bananas.
